These Terms of Use apply to all products, resources, scripts, software, files, documentation, updates, support services, and related materials provided by Inferno Collection.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using an Inferno Collection product, you agree to these Terms.
Your use of this store is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of these Terms, "Inferno Collection" refers to the Inferno Collection store, products, services, and related materials operated by Connect My Biz.
When you purchase or download an Inferno Collection product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product in accordance with these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, this licence allows you to use the product on servers, communities, or projects that you own, operate, manage, or are authorised to configure.
You do not own the product, source code, assets, documentation, branding, or related intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain with Inferno Collection.
You may use Inferno Collection products for their intended purpose within FiveM servers or related server environments.
You may configure the product using the provided configuration options.
You may use documented exports, events, APIs, or integration points for legitimate server functionality, provided that such use does not breach these Terms.
You must not:
Third-party integrations with Inferno Collection products are generally welcome where they are designed to complement Inferno Collection products and improve compatibility for mutual users.
However, Inferno Collection products, exports, events, APIs, configuration structures, documentation, product names, branding, or other compatibility mechanisms may not be used to integrate with, advertise, document, promote, support, or enable any third-party product that is intended to replicate, replace, or commercially undermine an Inferno Collection product without prior written permission.
Any compatibility claim involving Inferno Collection products must not imply official support, endorsement, partnership, approval, or affiliation unless expressly authorised in writing by Inferno Collection.
Inferno Collection reserves the right to refuse support for any setup involving unauthorised integrations, competing products, misleading compatibility claims, or commercially harmful use of Inferno Collection products.
You must not use Inferno Collection names, logos, product names, branding, screenshots, videos, documentation, or other identifying materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, official compatibility, or affiliation without written permission.
You may refer to Inferno Collection products by name only where necessary to accurately describe legitimate compatibility or server configuration, provided that the reference is truthful, non-misleading, and does not imply endorsement.
You may modify configuration files and settings made available for customer configuration.
Unless expressly permitted, you must not modify, edit, adapt, reproduce, extract, or create derivative works from protected source code, escrowed files, compiled files, assets, documentation, or other restricted materials.
Any modifications you make are your responsibility and may not be supported by Inferno Collection.
Support is provided at Inferno Collection's discretion and may depend on the product, licence status, platform, issue type, and customer conduct.
Inferno Collection may refuse, limit, or withdraw support where:
Support does not guarantee custom development, third-party compatibility, immediate response times, or successful resolution of issues outside Inferno Collection's control.
Inferno Collection may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or changes to products at its discretion.
Products may change over time, including features, configuration options, dependencies, compatibility, documentation, and support status.
Inferno Collection is not required to maintain compatibility with every third-party product, server framework, outdated version, or unauthorised integration.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy listed at the point of sale, the relevant platform's rules, and any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Inferno Collection products are provided for use within third-party environments, including FiveM, Cfx.re, game servers, frameworks, dependencies, and hosting providers.
Inferno Collection does not control those third-party platforms or environments and is not responsible for interruptions, incompatibilities, policy changes, platform updates, escrow issues, outages, or other external changes that affect product operation.
All Inferno Collection products, code, assets, documentation, designs, branding, names, videos, images, store pages, configuration structures, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Inferno Collection or its licensors.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit Inferno Collection intellectual property except as permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission.
Inferno Collection may suspend, revoke, or refuse access to products, updates, downloads, or support where it reasonably believes that a licence has been misused, shared, leaked, resold, fraudulently obtained, or used in breach of these Terms.
Inferno Collection may take reasonable steps to protect its products, customers, and business from piracy, abuse, unauthorised access, or misuse.
Inferno Collection products may interact with, integrate with, or depend on third-party products, platforms, frameworks, APIs, or services.
Third-party products are not controlled by Inferno Collection. Inferno Collection is not responsible for third-party bugs, outages, changes, licensing issues, compatibility problems, security issues, or support obligations.
Mention of a third-party product does not imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility unless expressly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inferno Collection is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, server downtime, reputational harm, or loss caused by third-party products or platforms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Inferno Collection's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Inferno Collection may suspend or terminate your licence, access, downloads, updates, or support where reasonably necessary due to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the relevant product and delete any unauthorised copies in your possession or control.
Sections relating to intellectual property, prohibited use, unauthorised distribution, limitation of liability, and third-party integrations continue to apply after termination.
Inferno Collection may update these Terms from time to time.
These Terms apply from the date they are published or otherwise made available. Where required by law or platform rules, your rights in relation to previous purchases remain unaffected.
The current version will apply from the date it is published, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Inferno Collection products after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
